SHIPPING
All orders received Monday – Friday by 2:00pm are shipped the same day received. Orders received over the weekend are shipped on Monday. If an item isn’t currently available, you will be notified.
All orders are shipped via UPS F.O.B East Norriton, Pa. We offer standard UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS 2-Day, and UPS 3-Day. Actual UPS rates will be charged and added to your order accordingly. Your shipping options and pricing appear on the order page at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows for standard UPS Ground service:
Please Note: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count towards transit time. Also, no deliveries are made on these days.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Tobacco Products
All cigars and tobacco are guaranteed 100% fresh. If for any reason
you’re not completely satisfied, please notify us within 72 hours of
receipt for a return authorization number. You will receive a full
refund or replacement.
At Black Cat, you can even return the cigars simply because you don’t
like them. Call us within 72 hours of receipt for a return authorization
number. We will issue a refund for what is returned in original and
saleable condition. For this service, we cannot issue a refund for
shipping.
Non-Tobacco Products
All items are guaranteed 100%. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied
with a purchase, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt and we’ll
be happy to refund or replace the product. Do not simply return a
shipment as it will not be honored without a return authorization
number. You can obtain a return authorization number by calling or
e-mailing us. If the product is faulty at our discretion, a full refund
will be issued if we can’t replace it.
We do not warranty any products that have a manufacturer’s warranty. An
example would be a lighter. You must notify or return the product to the
manufacturer after 72 hours. Having stated this, we will be happy to assist you or
even do this for you if possible.
